Replacement of the parking lot and entrance to the building is scheduled to begin, including demolition of the concrete entryway stairs, ramp and railings. The anticipated completion date will be prior to Memorial Day, May 31, 2027. 
 
The building will be accessible to owners and tenants through the northeast basement door next to the courtyard.  However, the building will NOT be accessible to short-term guests. Parking will be available at the Grand Valley Bank during construction.

10am water shut-offfor about 90 minutes for valve replacement.

• The Lobby Door is to be CLOSED at all times; it is never to be left propped open.

• When entering or exiting, make sure that the Lobby Door locks behind you

There will be a power outage to the building in the early morning hours on Wednesday, February 4 from about 1:00am to 2:00am. Rocky Mountain Power advises that approximately 700 residents will be impacted as they do maintenance in the area.
