Board Meetings & Conference Calls
Board meetings and conference calls are open discussions of our current association business. These meetings provide history and information to guide the decision-making process that effects our policies, property values, finances and the well-being of all homeowners. Minutes, a written overview of the matters discussed and the decisions made, are taken during every Board meeting and available to homeowners.

All homeowners are welcome -- and encouraged -- to participate in every board meeting, whether
in-person or via conference call. Agendas are posted at least 3 days before each meeting and then followed by the corresponding minutes within 30 days.
